1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or book our services.                                                                                                                   

 

2. Services: We provide junk removal and related services throughout San Diego, CA. All services are subject to availability, and the scope of work will be defined at the time of booking or upon on-site assessment.                                                     

 

3. Payments: All services must be paid in full upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept: Cash Credit/debit cards Approved digital payments (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, Venmo)                                                                                 

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a **cancellation fee**. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or the job exceeds the originally agreed scope.                     

 

5. Liability: We are not responsible for damage to items or property caused by: Hazardous or unsafe conditions Hidden materials or sharp objects. Customer's failure to disclose specific risks. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any sensitive areas or potential issues prior to service.                                           

 

6. Property Access: By booking with us, you confirm you have the legal right to authorize the removal of items from the property. If we are denied access, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.                                                               

 

7. Intellectual Property: All content on this website—including logos, images, text, and service descriptions—is the property of **RW Junk Removal Services** and may not be reused or copied without written permission.                                       

 

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with California state legal procedures.
